Your audio currently includes a feature that isn’t available on the Basic plan, so you’re seeing the notice and the download is blocked.
On the Basic plan, only Add Pause is supported—other paid features aren’t available. If you’ve used any Pro (or higher) features, please remove them (reset to default settings) and then try downloading again.
When you click Download, check the pop-up section labeled 'Your Audio Includes.' If any Basic‑unsupported features are listed there, you’ll need to remove/reset them to default before the download will work.
For example, if Speed (1.5x) or other Pro features are applied, Basic downloads may be restricted. Please remove that setting and try downloading again.
