change the card for subscription billing

Here’s how to change the card for your subscription billing:

  1. Click 'My Plan' in the bottom-left.

  2. Under Billing/Payment information, Click 'Change' next to your payment method.

  3. Enter the new card details.

  4. Click Change/Update to save.

    The updated card will be used starting from your next subscription renewal. (We can’t retroactively change the payment details for charges that have already been processed.)

    ✅Notes:

    • We’re not able to retroactively change the card/payment method for an already active subscription charge. If you need to change the card for that purchase, it can only be handled via a refund and repurchase.
      Please note this is only possible when the purchase is still eligible for a full refund. If a full refund isn’t available, a retroactive card change won’t be possible either.

    • If you’d like to remove a saved card, please contact Customer Support.
