Refund

Here’s our refund policy.

A refund is available only if all three conditions below are met:

  • Requested within 7 days of the payment date

  • No service usage after the payment

  • No Custom Voice created via Voice Cloning

If these conditions are not met:

  • Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable

  • For annual subscriptions, we refund the remaining amount after deducting the used period (prorated by month) and the refund fee

To request a plan refund, please use the link below and submit the request after logging in. Your request must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date to be eligible.

Notes

  • After you submit a refund request, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to be reflected by the payment processor/card issuer. For card reversal or deposit timing, please contact your payment processor (PG).

  • Once the refund is completed, the subscription is canceled immediately, and no further automatic charges will occur.
