Voice download has stopped and isn’t progressing anymore.

Even if the download looks like it’s stuck, large file sizes or your network environment can make it take much longer to complete. In many cases, waiting a bit longer resolves it and the download finishes normally.

If it truly isn’t progressing, please close the download window and try again from Download History by finding the same file and re-downloading it.

Also, if there’s no clear error message (such as a payment/download failure notice), repeatedly retrying because it feels slow can trigger multiple separate attempts—meaning time/credits may be deducted more than once. Thanks for keeping that in mind.
